Interim project management and organizational advice in ship and yacht building.

2006 – 2020: CEO Icon Yachts, Harlingen
As CEO responsible for setting up a completely new yard, including its own personnel and material organization and cooperation with various partners.  Construction of Superyachts according to an innovative construction process. Set up to the broadening to refit and conversion projects.  Created and implemented excellent refit management structures. Extensive knowledge in the field of costing, planning and realization of complex projects.

2005 – 2006: Briese Netherlands, Lilama Lisemco, Vietnam
Naval architectural and shipbuilding advice and production training in Vietnam.

2004 – 2005: Maritime Authority Surinam
Development of maintenance plan for the fleet.

Shipbuilding advice and engineering work.

2000 – 2004: Production Manager Feadship-De Vries Scheepsbouw, Aalsmeer
Responsible for the production of very luxurious motor yachts from 35 to 70 meters.  Coordination of all production departments in terms of progress, demarcation and budget.
Reorganization of the production and office management, including new planning and time accounting system and establishment of a purchasing department.

1998 – 2000: Project Manager Pattje Saimax Volharding Shipyards
Development of new production methods for cargo ships and responsible for design, purchase, set up of relationship with and control of Romanian hull construction site Daewoo, Mangalia, contracts with co-makers, installation and delivery.

Various shipbuilding projects. Responsible for engineering up to and including delivery.
